i did the same thing with a tablet on my Silverado back in 2019 its cool and cheap but it does get annoying when it starts timing the screen out for sure
A little late to the party. My daily is a 96 red S-10 extended cab, 2.2 and 5 speed and it’s just about wore out. Planning the LS swap and your build is exactly how I want to approach it.
@@projectS10ls that's cool! That frees up alot of space in the engine compartment. I'm curious to see the numbers from running it as well as track times.
I’m running the dirty dingo motor mounts, and the stock truck intake on my 98 Sonoma. How did you get your factory hood to close with that set up? Mine will not
Nice job. Looks good. What backspace did you do for the wheels. I think I’m going with the same wheels for the price they are nice. I got some old welds. But those are way nicer. I’m also doing a 8.8 out of an explorer. It’s a no brainer. 4.10s with a LSD stock. Can’t get much better than that for 250$
I'm doing a 6.0 4l60e swap to a 93 Sonoma. I bought a swap oil pan, I was wondering if you had to notch the front crossmember or did the pan clear everything? Thanks
@@projectS10ls we set ours in this week, motor and trans went in together and we didn't need to cut the crossmember. Not sure about how it will come back out
That’s amazing bc everything that I have read and seen you have to notch the cross member, the muscle car oil pan is worth the cost! Thanks for the info guys!
No, just had to roll the pinch weld over in the tunnel, and do a little massaging so the cooler lines would have a little more clearance coming out of the trans.
