Thank you for replying it has a chevy nova subframe grafted in the car had factory power brakes i still have to do the double master conversion like yours has I've used that same kit a few times in chrome and they work great for the money but i was very happy to see someone put the LS in a 52 thru 54 ford im missing some loose front sheet metal like the bumper filler pan and the pan under the front of the hood goes from fender to fender with a chrome molding on it and the grill but i have some custom ones but i found a super cheap 54 sedan delivery but i can't see tearing that car apart for a hand full of parts if you no anyone that deals with these cars please let me know thanks again for the reply goodluck
If you haven't already, sign up for the forums on 1954ford.com and the 52-59 social group on HAMB. Tons of great information there. My master/booster/combo valve setup is currently for sale if you're interested. I have the whole car torn down but one of the projects is changing over to a hydroboost setup. It's a full kit from Master Power brakes, not many miles on any of it.
Hey bud, I tried to email you through your blog page. I love your car and am trying to do the same/similar with an LY6 6.0. Thanks for the inspiration!
Great car i have a 53 2dr business cpe with a nova subframe and a camaro rear the chevy 350 in it is fine but I have a nice 5.3 LS for it what headers did you use very clean job
+Johnny Yanni Thanks, the headers are Hooker block-huggers but if you have a different subframe you can probably use better ones. Space is very limited with the stock frame and steering.
