On this episode of JAKES CHOP SHOP we drive into the rebuilding the ls1 vl commodore I build for Summernats last year, some disassembly, and we cover some dent removal and bulk rust repairs!
Hell Yeah Bro, I've just finished my time as an Apprentice Spray Painter at just turned 21. This is the type of shit I'm looking forward to for my future is exactly what I'm watching here.
Hey Jake. Must say mate I own a small shop myself in Brisbane and often loose motivation or get over the job. Your enthusiasm and the boys around you in these videos definitely inspire me and get me goin again on a shit day. Your a legend mate and I appreciate the time you take to make these videos. You probably never intended it but they're super motivational and get us guys out of the ruts you get stuck into loving cars again. Thanks Mick.
Jake, you are an absolute master craftsman of metal working! It's awesome what you are doing to your VL. Thanks for the hour long episodes and taking the time to teach us along the way. Glad you recovered from the custard tart.😂
Bloody awesome vid bro. Very relatable. Worked installing stereo's in the 90's, the amount of VL parcel shelves we cut up fitting 6x9s and subs. Awesome to watch you rebuild the hacked metal. Well done. Wish I'd kept the 2 VLs I had when I was much younger. Cheers mate
