Интересно а где это собирают, в Японии капиталки не делают. Молодцы ребята. 👏👏👏👍👍👍✊эти двигатели очень надëжные и качественные, да и Lexus тоже, привет с Камчатки. 🗻🗻🗻
I think it would be cheaper to buy a car and have it shipped to China. Have it restored, then shipped back for less than anything like that here in the US.
Just a couple of questions please... number one, do you also rebuild the transmission? And what about the differential? Lastly, this would seem to be an entire remanufacture of the vehicle. So, what is the cost to do this kind of work in comparison to buying a new vehicle?😊😊😊
The first reason is, this is an all aluminum block, second is the tolerances on the head to block is so close and precise almost zero, there's no need to machine it.
@@mikemurray2298 so in that logic, just because it’s all aluminum, it can’t warp or be machined? A head gasket is about 0.008” compressed, which is tight but there are thicker gaskets for that reason.
This information came from a well renowned factory certified Toyota technician on RU-vid (The car care nut) that since the tolerances is so tight on a Toyota engine your not to machine the heads. Ask a factory trained Toyota technician to verify this.
As an engine builder, I didn’t see any thrust bearing measurements, cylinder measurements or checks for worn rings, worn bearings or any tolerances at all. This good entertainment for anyone who knows nothing about an engine but I’d give that thing 5-10k before it starts smoking, knocking or just locks up. You NEVER reuse pistons and rings, especially in an aluminum block.
No tolerance checking? How do they know the bearings have the right spacing. No plastic gauge or lead test. The assembly oil looks very thin. You need something that sticks to the part also for 1st start up of the 7:13 engine. Just forma gasket not a very good job just bolting it up and hope all is well.
Dude, I thought they were building an engine for a frigging race car! When i saw they put that meticulously built engine in that old ass junker I was shocked!!
Esos liquidos usados a saber donde los tiran.... seguro que no los reciclan bien... China junyo con La India... los que más contaminan... por muy limpio que deje el motor.... a saber donde tiran yodos esos liquidos
