Josh brought his LSA supercharged 5.3 swapped F100 pickup out to LS Fest West! It's a very clean example of what a pro-touring Ford Pickup can look like! It was awesome to see this thing making laps on the autocross course at LS Fest West 2019! The Crown Vic Subframe swap helped it hustle around corners like a champ!

Clean lil truck. Even though I don't like GM. I love that he restored it and brought it back to life! I'm doing the same with an 84 sb Chevy truck. I have a gen 2 Coyote I'm sticking in mine. Me personally believes gm had the best looking 80s model trucks between any other manufacturers(including Ford). My opinion though.

Nice clean truck toooobad the background or should I say foreground music sucks and is way freaking too loud. Who ever did the sound/ final edit on this video should be made to listen to that lame annoying music 24 hours a day for a mouth

Small block ford, FE, Y block, modular 4.6 5.0 5.4 , 7.3 Godzilla for crying out loud I would even put a flathead in that truck before THAT ☝🏼!!! Just so many options!!! Must be a confused transgender owner!!!

4.6 and 5.4 don’t make power worth a shit N/A and the 4v versions are expensive to build and make worth a shit. The coyotes are ridiculously expensive to buy and do any upgrades to. The older push rod engines get horrible gas mileage. LS engines can pretty much fit in anything and make good power and get decent gas mileage while doing it. They’re also really easy to work on and cheap.

@@joshwilliams6910 facts, who cares if it's a Ford. No one stock engine from Ford can do wat a stock ls can or be as easy to fix. So I agree with u. Plus wat ppl fail to realize is the new Ford f150s have gm transmissions so wat do that say. Gm better.lol

I guess every new or late model Ford owners and engineers are transgenders cause Ford uses gm transmissions cause there's ain't shit. Do ya research. So putting a ls in a Ford is the best thing for it. Every mustang that really make power at the drag strip has a chevy motor. Hell I'm in Mooresville, NC (the Nascar capital and guess what most the nascars has gm engines. some Ford in the dirt track circut but most gm all around. So learn b4 speaking.
