FTM, if you want to avoid getting run over by another car while in an active shootout, or at least avoid getting killed in an active shootout, like in 9:40, find cover that is either located in front of or opposite from the shooter's location, make sure that there are no vehicles directly in front of/ behind you, and open fire whenever the shooter has to reload their magazines.
