There was an opportunity to use lethal force since the suspect ran over a roadblock deputy at 13:49. If a few shots were fired, this pursuit would not take up the majority of the video (not saying that's a bad thing).

TheTimoprimo But at the same time, being a cop isn't about killing people. That officer didn't die, if he did the the AI would start shooting at him, which would signal FTM to start shooting.

Use TrᎾllᎶun01 No, that's not how it works. The AI cops will still start shooting, even if the officer that was run over does not die. That's also how it works in real life.

TheTimoprimo Well... I also forgot to mention that the vehicle was too evasive for FTM and the AI to get a shot on him, which could be another reason why they didn't shoot.

Fair point, but the driver was also backing up after he hit that deputy and before he evaded that roadblock at 13:53. If FTM quickly switched from his taser to his sidearm while the driver was backing up, he would've had a good opportunity to pop a few rounds into the driver's seat.

I think the blue dots mean that GTA 5 is not being smart. LOL That truck driver at like 22:38 was trying to get away. Turns out the truck driver found out in her brain that she didn't pass Elementary, Middle, and High school. So she decided to go to prison the easy way. By running from the police.

You should have used lethal force, as it would have prevented some deaths. I assume LSPD officers can override dispatch's statements, in the UK they can if they have to 👍

Christopher Barrow The call said not to use lethal force. Being a cop isn't about getting into shootouts and killing people you know. Besides, why would you want to use a gun on a couple of unarmed suspects?
