With the first call: Since you had found a Vehicle that was owned by someone with a warrant, you had the ability to detain them and get they're ID's to look them up in the system

Just in case you never figured it out, I wanted to chime in. This is my favorite outfit from EUP. Make sure to install both EUP and the EUP Menu mods, then press F11 to bring up the menu in game. It’s under the LSPD category as the windbreaker outfit.

I'm on an older version of GTA. Just using Simple Trainer. You might have to wait until Simple Trainer is updated.

I use Simple Trainer, and when I try to enable E/Disable Snow, it says "Enabling Snow (1) is not possbile on this version of GTA V"

Code 2 lighting is more for the public, to draw attention of a potential hazard or danger. For example, the spot of the protest, you will see the red, blue and the yellow amber lights to signal traffic to move left and go around. Code 2 lighting can also be used to go through a red light and the police can sound a short siren to go through a red light, it would serve as a warning to let traffic know that an officer is coming through. Code 3 lighting is usually accompanied by sirens, so it goes without saying that it is an emergency response.
