Coach places too much emphasis on experience vs talent, at some point talent displaces experience. Sure hope that he recognizes that point when manifested.
Actually, historically known, a talented person can be out worked by someone working harder and playing smarter. Talent is great but nothing can replace experience. Imo, you need both in each individual.
