Lt. Dan came to the SPCA of Texas after being rescued by the Animal Cruelty Investigations Unit. From newborn puppy born with deformed front legs that were not functional to happy, healthy, joyful dog, his transformation was made possible thanks to donors' support of the critical work the SPCA of Texas does in the North Texas community.
