Yes, there is! Only sandwiches and bottles of water! I would personally not bring my own food in as it will be hectic and crowded in the train car. Plus, the trip is short (at least mine was only 2 hours). Yes, they have started the connection since April 2023. It's a fun ride. Worth the money, in my opinion.
