Nice review. I have had my 3000 since June. It is a great mower. Also, there is no mat included with the units that have Omni directional wheels. The original 5000 had the solid rubber wheels on the front and back. It was those solid front wheels that tore up the grass. Now that Mammotion has changed to Omni wheels on the front for all three models, they no longer ship with the mats as the Omni wheels don’t tear up the grass.
Wow, "mammotion luba"! I just stumbled upon your video and I have to say, it's truly impressive. As someone who has been searching for a lawnmower for ages, I've finally found my match with the Segway Navimow robotic lawnmower. Its convenience and efficiency have amazed me compared to other brands. I highly recommend giving it a try and experience the difference for yourself. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
I can program it to cut only under the trampoline but I’m trying to figure out a way to cut under the trampoline along with the rest of the yard at the same time. I’m struggling as I have programmed that area as a no go zone. I’ll figure it out👍
Thanks for the review. But $3200Aud for rhe smallest battery capacity model. You can buy a self propelled Honda for $1800. And doing edges is arguably the hardest bit of lawn mowing in my opinion. And for $3200, you're still doing it.
Love your work Bill. I’ve been looking at the 5000 model of this for my new property and it seems like it’s going to be a winner for me, and now seeing that you’re impressed with it is another tick in the pros column as I trust your judgement 😁 I do have one question if you see this. I saw from one retailer that they had a few units left in stock with the original solid front wheels rather than the omni directional wheels. Is there a reason why that would be preferable? My property is mostly flat and well established but there is a fairly steep ditch by the road. So steep the mowing guy had to miss a bit because the ride on mower was at risk of tipping. Should I try to snap up the solid wheels or will the omni directional wheels likely be fine?
Hi, I haven’t had any experience with the souls front wheels however the Omni directional wheels seem to reduce tearing up the grass when it needs to do tank turns ( turn on the spot). Really good mower with excellent cuts and spot on accuracy with the rtk unit. If you have any questions or concerns I can try and address them in a follow Up video 👍
@@billshowto sounds like they’ll be better then. I came across some comments complaining about the change and saying the new wheels wouldn’t suit their terrain, but they didn’t actually say what kind of terrain they had. The accuracy is really important for me as one of my boundaries is a country road that’s a 100km/h zone, so I don’t want it veering off course and getting run over! It sounds like it’ll be fine though.
At 3 grand its a waste of money. My god, mowing ones lawn is great exercise and honestly does not take a long time. A hour at most. Big deal. Unless you are handicapped its an indulgance
@@dombarton2483 I had to do the edges with my ride on mower as well. Now with Luba I still do the edges with a line trimmer, but now I can use the 3 hours previously spent on the mower doing other things. That is if I am even home when it is mowing.
