thanks for the video, how is this robot hanging?? im thinking about buying 1 for my mom do u use it daily? does it clean well? any downsides for this product?
Hi, I am really impressed with the robot. I use it daily and it cleans the floor really well. I am very happy to see my home neat every single day. I would recommend to regularly remove the hair from the roller brush when you empty the dust box. The only downside when considering robot vacuum with a roller brush is hair being wrapped around it. But they have provided a tool so you can easily remove the hair too. Else, you can look for Robot vacuum without a roller brush, if you like to avoid this downside.
I have the Lubluelu L15 and its looks the same, only the position of the buttons are on the left side of the unit and there are no connectors on the back. only my unit is struggeling to find the docking station. I'll try to check out what the problem is, but he find it emmedetily after the 2nd try when i press manual the recharge button. Its a little bit anoying, because he search before the whole home for a new position of the dock.
Sorry to hear that. May be try resetting once. If no luck, try keeping the charging station to a more accessible position for the vacuum with 1 meter to the sides and 1 meter to the front of its charging station. Also, if problem persists try contacting Customer care. Hope it gets resolved 👍
Hi, SL61 has got only one side brush whereas SL60 has got two. So SL60 will be better in cleaning efficiency and SL61 a little better in the battery life. I only got the SL61 and cannot find any fault with having only one side brush. Thanks
Thanks for your video, always appreciative of people who go through particular models thoroughly! In the amazon description it says up to 5 editable maps. We have created maps for both levels, however the lower level map always overrides the upper level, so that we only have one map. Could you please walk me through this process on the app? We also have issues with having two phones connected to the map at the same time, is this normal? Thanks again

Hi Tony, 1. if you meant battery backup then the product gives around 2 hours runtime in a full charge. 2. Yes, in the app you can choose whether no water, low water, medium water or high water should be used. You can also give different levels for different rooms in the app. Hope this clears your doubt.
