DESCRIPTION
Have you ever felt invisible? In a world of 7.6 billion people it’s extremely hard to be noticed. There are so many amazing people who have a lot to say but they don’t manage to make themselves heard, because their voices are too gentle and this world is too loud.
How many times have you felt like no one wants to listen to what you have to say? It doesn’t feel very good, that’s for sure. You might feel like it’s not even worth to go on.
You try to scream your message until you burn out and you lose your voice, and still no one hears you. Some people give up.
I decided to dig into this topic by playing my latest arrangement in a crowded and chaotic place. To simulate how the world works, I decided not to use any amplification.
Of course there was simply too much noise so barely anyone stopped. But instead of feeling discouraged I learnt something important.
You should never stop giving the best of yourself to this world. Don’t let the world silence you. Keep spreading beauty even when you don’t get recognition for it.
You are not invisible if you can see yourself.

Good lord all these comments. That was the whole point of this production: to be "invisible". He played with no amplification so as to not garner too much attention. It was also clearly shot in multiple takes, the camera man throughout the whole video avoiding (sometimes unsuccessfully) catching any shots of people looking over at him. The purposefully chosen depth of field creating a fuzzy background also greatly aided in this attempt. If he had an amplified setup, despite being at some kind of theme park or carnival, you can bet your bottom that he would have started drawing a crowd - which, of course, would have ruined the point of the shoot in this particular case.

Fantastic work, this is the best cover of that song and I'm pretty sure it's senseless now for other guitarists to make their own versions of "Bitter Sweet Symphony". This is still one of my favorite RU-vid videos. I usually come here for the music, but sometimes I get into the idea of how much it is possible to be unnoticed by people. My guess is they just shot it a bunch with that in mind. Most of the people are behind him and if he isn't amplified then most people will just see some dude stringing on two guitars with a cameraman. Thats something you glance at with an odd face and move on from.

I have always been moved by your exceptionnal talent. In a human brain, the right side controls the left side of the body while the left side controls the right side. I think he's just found some way to separate the two.
