However, in telling their love story in the library in the third person, they both say I've fallen deeply. To me, that is like expressing they've fallen in love. This song & pictures are so perfect for Elizabeth & Lucas. They haven't said the words, 'I Love You', but in the Library, Elizabeth says, 'I'd like to read from my heart. It's a Love Story & one I've only just begun to write about a man I've fallen deeply for.... Then Lucas questions: will we get to hear about his side of the Love Story? Because he's fallen deeply for a woman who is..... IMO, by saying these words, they know they Love each other. In Season 9, Elizabeth may bring up Lucas letting her go & in discussing this, they may actually say the 3 little words, I LOVE YOU! They are such a sweet couple & your video validates this. 🥰 Thanks!

I am a bit late to comment here since the video was posted, but I watch this video almost daily and have for a while now. I just wanted to let you know that It is such a perfect combination of song and video for this beautiful couple. I have commented on another video using a Josh Groban song that it sounded like Lucas could have written and sung that song as well as this one to Elizabeth to express his feelings for her if he was vocally and musically talented. It expresses everything that they feel for each other. I do see some comments here that Lucas and Elizabeth have not said "I love you" yet. It is my thoughts that since they both grew up in an upper class lifestyle, their language style might be a bit different/more formal than what is used in other places. Lucas uses "shall we" and allow me", things someone might have said in what they would call "polite society" in the time period the show takes place. With Elizabeth speaking about her upcoming novel in the third person in the finale Library scene, she declares that she has "fallen deeply" for a man who is . . . . etc. and Lucas mimics her by saying the same about her, with both giving the qualities of the other that allowed them to fall in love. In modern times, people say that they have "fallen in love", so I equate what Lucas and Elizabeth said to be akin with declaring to each other that they love the other deeply. Can't wait for S9 and more loving scenes between these two. Thank you again for sharing your talents in combining video with song to tide us over until S9 gets to our screens.

I'm sooo excited for season 9, which starts on Sunday March 6th, getting to see their official courtship :-) Who knows, maybe they'll get married and have a baby Bouchard in season 10! I also have a thing with putting couples names together, and if I can see the names together, then chances are it's right. Like with Jack Thornton and Elizabeth Thatcher, I could see those names together, so it was right for that time. I couldn't see the names Nathan Grant and Elizabeth Thornton together, but gosh, Lucas Bouchard and Elizabeth Thornton is so IT!!!!!
