Noticed that even when Lucas and Xiaojun are bickering, Lucas will still compliment Dejun at the end. Not even my sister and I do that. I love them so much. 😂
Love their relationship lol Lucas is really only like this w XJ but he is also particularly very sweet w him. He is the only one who actually refrains from teasing XJ when the members gang up on him, and he usually defends/comforts him by saying nice things about/to him. Just shows that Lucas tries his best to make people feel comfortable. Edit: a few of my fav xiaocas moments: 1) lie detector game - when asked who is the most boring/unfunny (awkward?) member, Kun was lowkey eyeing XJ (inside joke) but Lucas noticed and asked "why are u looking at him?" and throughout that bit he kept repeating to XJ that he thinks he's funny and interesting. 2) music show bts - when members were teasing XJ for "fake" reading a book you could see Lucas just observing the entire time and when they were done teasing XJ, he talked about how people should learn from him (read more lol). 3) winformation - when Lucas and Winwin were giggling and cringing from watching XJ's acting gig, Lucas explained really well why they were reacting that way (bc they know each other well and seeing XJ that way felt weird) and proceeded to compliment XJ for his performance.
I actually wanted to write the same thing. I love how DJ is the only one who legit triggers Lucas, but at the same time they seem to have a very warm and comfortable friendship. I love how WayV members tease each other, yet somehow it never feels like bullying, more like siblings bickering.

Actually Aquarius and Leo are opposite signs. Notice how their birthdays are roughly six months apart, as in the opposite sides of the zodiac circle/ cycle? I think opposite signs means sometimes they get on REALLY well and sometimes they bicker a lot 😅.
I guess that's the dynamic of their personalities, they clash with each other, but that also somehow made them best buddies everyone easily triggered at Xiaojun, but Lucas probably has to deal with him the most since he seems the one whom Xiaojun is closest to in WayV
Xiaojun really deserves his middle child status sometimes 😂 in the sweetest ways possible. So funny to see him test Lucas's patience. Ppl see Lucas as this goofy guy but WayV brings out every side of Lucas
but i do appreciate it when wayv starts ganging up on xiaojun and lucas would be the one defending him from them. there were a lot of instances but my favorite was during that huya live with canto line where lucas himself was the first one to notice that xiaojun signed his own poster on the face, but when hendery noticed it too and was about to scold xiaojun, lucas quickly shushed hendery and then quietly pulled xiaojun aside instead to whisper that he shouldn't have signed on his face. i melt everytime i remember it.

The trio Kun - Lucas - Xiaojun is like sibings. Kun the oldest being done with his brothers Lucas the middle child being angry at his younger brother and teasing him 24/7 with his oldest brother Xiaojun the youngest, always annoying the oldests but ends up getting what he wants.
jokes aside about this "how siblings behave" which kinda differs according too different personal experience by fans with their own siblings, Xiaojun is actually also teased and ridiculed by the slightly younger member Hendery and younger member YangYang.. something in Xiaojun's personality like taking little things way too seriously and love to overexplain things makes him the way he is in WayV, and why WayV members love to laugh at him regardless of who is older or younger

He's crying during the whole thing. Super sad. That's why he feels empowered in WayV we've seen the change. He teases his members now but they all love eo

Out of all the WAYV interactions- Xiaojun and Lucas are definitely my favorite bc you can see how much they care for each other and how comfortable they are Around eachother they really rely on eachother when it comes to strength and their mentality it’s so precious to me.

Exactly! As Winwin said, Lucas is a really sensitive person, so he seems to be hesitant about showing his anger. Even when he does, he shows it jokingly or in a calm manner. But with Xiaojun, he could be more straightforward, I think. It looks like they have a healthy friendship. ☺️
Xiaojun personality reminds me so much of my friend he super defensive when he's angry and always over explain everything so we would always tell him to shut up and if we don't listen to him explaining stuff he would get sulky and teary eyes and we would feel bad lol

lol even with younger member Dejun behaves the same it's funny how initially I thought "poor xiaojun" when I saw the mint choco incident in MAW.. then I realized XJ has the personality of being easily triggered and taking petty things way too seriously.. it kinda like chicken and egg probably WayV sort of made him behaves the way he is, or probably he is the one that triggered WayV to react to him the way they do.. they traumatize each other lol that's WayV :) nvm they all real friends and the closest in NCT
They have this elder sibling (Lucas) who's so done w/ their younger sibling (xiaojun) but still are the most patient with them and tease them all the time . I love how xiaojun gets sulky when Lucas gets slightly cross with him lmaooo

i think one of the main reasons they’re like this because of their mbti, they have the same personality so they’re quite compatible for each other. i know mbtis aren’t 100% accurate but seeing xiaojun happy around lucas makes my day brighter
but he usually talks in Cantonese with Xiaojun Lucas, Hendery and Xiaojun are the cantonese line in WayV they normally speak to each other in Cantonese
Me and my lil bro could relate to them for real. We argue for everything. We even end up wrestling each other in the end. Always. lol. Maybe this is the reason why I feel 'familiarity' with WayV. Their dynamic is simply similar (or should I say, exactly the same) like mine and my family and bestie. From their random conversation, aggresive banter, weird antics, and all those arguing over little things. It is all literally the same. Omg, I love them so much.
