These Lucchese Boots came in looking pretty rough. Once we got the soles off, we did a much needed cleaning on the uppers. After the cleaning we conditioned the uppers. The customer wanted to go back with leather soles. We put some Black Forest Oak bark pit tanned leather soles back on. Then we put some lemon wood pegs in the arch on the sole. After dying and stitching the sole we went back with vibram heels. Finally we finished with a polish.
