Use this Lucid dreaming guided meditation to be encouraged in creating images in your mind that may perhaps turn into a vivid experience as you fall asleep.
Finding a comfortable position and without moving, imagine and interpret the words you hear in your own way. As you begin to relax your mind will take over and become lucid. It is up to you to notice when you are lucid dreaming, you can do reality checks or see that something is not quite right in your dream. When you notice try to control things a little, interact with objects and move around a little.
In this guided meditation you will board a train that will journey through a portal to dreamland where you will hopefully become aware of your own sleep state.
