Might be a hot take but, I really do love Luke's dub voice. What can i say? He sounds like a young boy, with lots of passion for the game. That aside though, his attack names are very strange, but ig he is in the 5th grade. 😅

I’ve only seen one episode of sevens, but I prefer the Dub voices of every character (that’s currently playable in the game) compared to their Sub voices. For Luke mainly, it’s because, like some others have said, he doesn’t sound like a kid, but either an adult or teenager, which, doesn’t make much sense considering his age (Which according to the wiki, is 11). The raspiness might be annoying to some but to me it adds to the character, he’s probably trying to sound older and more mature then he actually is, which is definitely something a kid would do, especially a kid with an ego and skills to back up said ego. My point is I like Dub Luke over Sub Luke

The squeaky voice doesn't suit Luke at all and completely ruin the supposed first impression of a "cool" guy but is actually a chuuni idiot, like a good gap between being cool but actually cringe. That's his character and squeaky dub voice completely ruins that flavor.
