I love how Lucifer used his last bit of strength to crawl over to the guy, and basically just laugh in his face before passing out. Truly a Lucifer moment.
That's the devil for ya, now caring about anyone but himself. (i'm talking about the REAL devil, not this FICTITIOUS character created for a show) I am a christian and I watch the show and find the show hilarious BECAUSE of the way they HORRIBLY twist the TRUE story of Lucifer, cause the real story he is NOT liked or loved and there would be NO way you would like him. What's scary is he probably does act like this because he DOES walk the earth and would seem kind, and compelling that way he can turn you to his side easier, basically claim your soul so you end up in hell. Which is why watching the show isn't a very good idea unless you are STRONG in your faith, or don't believe in god at all.
@@snappedsquire8479 LMFAO NO that's what he WANTS you to think so when he comes back to earth to drag people to hell you'll go with him. He's going to come back as the most beautiful person you'll ever see as temptation to follow him back to hell. HE'S NOT misunderstood he literally tried to become god and got punished for it, he turned his back on god WHO CREATED HIM and was sent to hell. HE deserves NOTHING. IN the show I don't see him as the devil I see him as a normal person because I take out the religious aspects since it's ALL twisted and not told right to begin with. BUT having the mindset of (he's misunderstood he didn't do anything) IS LITERALLY the devil knocking his way into your heart and mind to believe that so when he comes back he can take you with him
@Pranith Rony -- The writers used the scenario to show how much Chloe loves Lucifer, instead of just having her say the words. Chloe being there allowed for Lucifer to be protected by her at potentially great cost to herself, which proved to him that she does love and values him. I'm sure if Lucifer were a real person, he wouldn't have chosen Chloe not being there. When it's true love, we are all mortal and vulnerable. The moment was exactly as it should be.
@Pranith Rony -- Yeah. I'm going to just go ahead and block you. There's something seriously wrong with you and I hope you never get the chance to meet Tom Ellis, because I suspect you've got some weird and dangerous fantasies where he's concerned-- would hate for you to attempt to act them out.
Lucifer: crawling over to the man who got stabbed. "Oh he's gonna take the knife out of his body and throw it at the girl and she'll drop the detonator and gun so Chloe can react while she is in pain!" Lucifer: laughs at the man for also being in unimaginable pain and passes out. *Surprised Pikachu face*
FOr a fictitious show it's perfect. Just remember if this was real, everyone on his side and loving him would be burning in hell with him when they die lol. I like the show it's funny. But all the crap they tell and stories they twist. LITERALLY it starts out with them TWISTING the story of how he ended up in hell. HE DESERVES NO ONE, he DESERVES to live in hell. BUT i'll say the LIES and STORIES they tell about this character (who is NOT the devil because he's a fake character based off the devil) you want him to have the girl cause he's hot and it's a good show. But in reality you're rooting for the creature that created hell on earth, murder, racism, the reason people murder and kill, and bully and torture people of color are because of the devil provoking them and corrupting them to do so. So if you think about it that way. HE DOESNT deserve love. FOR THE SHOW sure I want him to be with chloe too, I take ALL religion out of it and just think of him as a character (since all the stories they tell aren't the truth anyways_)
@@isabellalockwood5858 Nah, in real life and most TV series God is always the bad guy. God the same god that asked Abraham to sacrifice his son, the one who flooded the world. The one that will literally cause the apocalypse? What was Lucifer's sin? Loving God too much. Remind me, how did he fell out of grace? God created the Angels and archangels perfect in every way. Then he creates us humans, literally just hairless apes. Then God asks all Angels to bow before humans and to love us humans more than God? Why? We were flawed from moment we were created, we are flawed, murderous. Lucifer refused to bow before humans and decided to prove to God we were flawed, Eve showed us that yes, indeed we are flawed and just for that, God had Michael cast him into hell. Now, tell me, does the punishment fit the crime? Especially when he was right?. Look what 7 billion of us have done to this earth? Wars, famine, global warming, mass extinction, and how many humans blame Lucifer for it.
I liked the way chloe shouts for medic. She cant tell how much she loves him but her action speaks. Even Lucifer knew in that moment that she has feelings for him but because of betrayal he was angry and heartbroken.
She was ready to die with him...together. I just.....can't handle how much the relationship and love between them has grown over time. It's one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. I know...I know it's fiction and this is a show.....but I can't help but feel that their relationship is more real than many things in reality.
I really like that Netflix managed to realize that there are tones of series with murder investigations and that they must concentrate on other things.
As a fan, I’m sick of waiting for Chloe and Lucifer to get together. Every season there’s an obstacle! As much as a cutie Eve is, she’s annoying and needs to go back to heaven. DECKERSTAR FOR SEASON 5!
Whose says they ever will, until the very end? TV show producers know that as soon as the star-crossed couple gets together, it's all downhill from there.
@@GokkanZuzu (one person, one gun, several dozen people leaving the room she doesn't have _any_ backup accounting for) That's a bold plan she was going with, Cotton.
@@alecLogan what did you expect the civilians to do?rush her and risk her pushing the button?you make it seem as if she was gonna just let them all go. You dont have to be convert with your plan in front of a captive audience when your plan is to kill them all anyway.
@@GokkanZuzu I expect the civilians to go for the door that isn't being guarded in any capacity, especially once she's so-efficiently planned to "get far enough away" before setting it off. Handguns, oddly enough, don't come with infinite ammo cheats pre-installed (most don't, except in movies and certain television shows), nor aimbot. As gets mentioned, she doesn't know the yield on the bomb (due to not being the one to set it) and is taking a risk announcing what she's about to try and do instead of, say, just sprinting for the door (or better yet, waiting until she's sure the police are paying attention and coming after her) and pressing the button. She'd be taking _less_ of a risk if she just took the shot, pressed the button (at _least_ halfway across the room from the bomb), and let herself get swept away in the confused horde of people running away and being rescued. Monologuing is for after you've pulled it off, not when there's still a chance of something going wrong.
@@alecLogan yeah rush the door and risk her pushing the button and kill everyone including herself smart plan.and you could assume it's enough to level the building.if you would actually do the things you are saying you would for sure get everyone killed.also what you said could be an idea she could've carried out.doesnt change announcing her plans to the captives in any way.
She had the knife to the wire right before the "big guy, it's been a while" part, and I lost power. I thought for a moment that she had cut the wrong wire and an actual bomb went off somewhere. It came back on seconds later but jfc with the timing...
From 4x02 onwards I just want to point out that she clearly knows she is basically his weakness. You want to help him just get away as far from him as possible.
Few things first I love Ella and Eve's bond their... second I don't understand how Ella lost her last bit of faith eventhough she and everyone came our safe from the blast. I know she didn't get a sign or anything but everyone was safe like she prayed to the god
At first, I though Chloe threw herself on Lucifer because she wanted to die with him. Let's be honest, if that bomb had exploded, everyone in that room would be dead. So she could never have saved him, it doesn't make sense.
this moment , really perfectly explains to why i dont like watching series. budget actors beeing budget actors, plot beeing vague and uneventfull. movies are 99.999% the better choice. ofc , there are bad movies, but id rather watch 1 good movie once a month than watching a any series sience they have to balance budget in a diffrent manner and apply plotarmor all over the place to make the show entertaining,.
@@Stuart267 And the hilarious/sad part is they are using their own fiction to denounce the fiction tastes of others. You won't catch me doing that, or believing that my fiction is actually nonfiction. To my mind the deadliest sin is conversion.
Amenadiel: Lucifer seems to be redeeming himself God: Of coarse, it was my whole plan, after all Lucifer: Oh don't talk bullshit! No one knows what your bloody plan is, in fact, I bet YOU don't even know!
Well rewatch. It was in s4 ep5. All of them were at Lux when bad guy with a gun came and told he want to see his wife saying that club have a bomb here. During the conversation with Chloe he got pissed and shot Lucifer
I HAVE SOMETHING TO SUGGEST INVOLVING ACTOR WHO PLAYS THE CHARACTER LUCIFER: Now I think that it might be rad to see the actor play a character role in the crossover show series of (CRISIS ON THE INFINITE EARTHS) & to add play a character role on the Seventh Season of (THE FLASH) & also to add play a character role on the next season of (LEGENDS OF TOMORROW). I HAVE MORE TO SUGGEST INVOLVING THE REST OF THE ACTORS & ACTRESSES WHO ARE ON SHOW LUCIFER: Now I think that most of the main characters that are played by actors, and actresses should be given the chance to play character roles in shows too; Like for instance on (THE FLASH) show, on (BLACK LIGHTNING) show, along with acting on (BATWOMAN) show series, and the next season of (LEGENDS OF TOMORROW) show series, and to add (NANCY DREW) show series, and also to add on the SYFY channel show of (WYNONA EARP).
That has already happened. John Constantine, went to Lucifer to get a pass of some kind. Coordinating episodes between 3 networks (Netflix, CW, and CBSAA) might be hard. As is LOT hasn't started their season yet.
I love the show but DON'T like how it's glorifying the devil as if he's a normal guy who deserves forgiveness. He tried to become god that's WHY he was cast out of heaven. A lot of religion is told true in this but the devil doesn't deserve love. BUT in this show I don't think of him as the devil so I want him with chloe.
Jessica Furtado religion is something not everyone believes in. To me this show is complete fiction, as i don’t believe in all that bible and religion stuff, but i get how it could be very real and important to some people. if it does offend ur beliefs, just don’t watch it
Some christians are funny. I'm not even one of them and I still know far more about their religion them average Church member. Can you tell us precisly when Lucifer tried to be God? There are 2 versions why he was cast out and yours is 3rd. And actualy I beleive only one of 2 I know is about Lucifer. You know, no matter religion "Devil" isn't one entity.
@@antswearingpants19 THat's also true. Claiming it has anything to do with christianity is like claiming Marvel is writting Viking's legends. Plus actuqally ther is proof that it's 100% fiction: As far as I know there are no female Angels in christianity. Plus whole "Goddess" thing. God don't need female, he's omnipotentiaal and he's technically not male.
Nemo TheEight this show is actually based off of the DC comic called “Lucifer” which is a spin off of another comic called “The sandman” where the Lucifer Morningstar character was first created
