It would be more than 5 minutes if I included almost the whole episode "Dad beat Dad" but you get the point Clips don't belong to me of course! #hazbinhotel #hh #hazbinhoteledits #lucifermorningstar
Tbf, that’s the king of hell, hell being known as a tortuous and violent place to heaven, I imagine Adam genuinely wasn’t sure if he meant it literally or not
To be fair, Maggie is a much nicer name than vaggie when Adam called her that and pronounced it as Vaji, also the two names sound alike so at least Lucifer wasn’t far off, just only by one letter
@@MsAliciaRL No lol I don't mean why did he call her Maggie, I just mean Vaggie is such a goofy name for a character. It'd be like naming a gay dude Penis.
I honestly thought they were going to make Lucifer unlikeable and someone who didn’t really care about his daughter based on how the pilot made it seem but he is now my favorite in the whole series lol
yeah, they kinda change it, in the pilot it seemed that charlotte was close to Lilith rather than her dad, which showed to be kinda menacing, but I like this new version of him, a broken guy who had ambitious just like his daughther and didint had the chance to see his ideias perish, but now, Lucifer sees it and will make everything to guarateed that Charlotte will acomplishe her dreams. I just hope we can get new interactions between LUcifer and Lilith and also Miguel because maybe Lucifer can be close or hate his twin, who knows? This character has so much to improve and is totally better than a fearfull king of hell
@@vitorstanskinunes1248 YES! Looking forward to that too, especially since Lilith is such a mystery character atm! I remember hearing from old Vivzie interviews that Lucifer and Lilith were originally supposed to be a very lovey-dovey couple, but we'll have to see S2 if they still stick with that. And also interested to see his and Charlie's interactions with the Elder angels (especially as someone who is a fan of the Lucifer Netflix TV series and DC/Vertigo comics, which have done similar things). Also, Vivzie might be able to do a crossover thing with HB (with A24's permission). In that case, it's possible we could see the Morningstars interact with the other Seven Deadly Sins as their extended family! ^^
@@Scarshadow666 Well the only thing that we might not see is Jesus and GOd because you know, probably a lot of stress just to have both characters. ALso if you didnt know all the seven deadly sins represent member in a circus, and so they will surely interact with each other. And about the elder angels Id like to think they are the same as the deadly sins, with a normal apperance and when enraged, with the apperance of the biblical accurate angels, that would be cool
Yeah, Viv said the pilot is canon, but they definitely tweaked a few things. There’s a theory between things we’ve seen and heard people say that there may have been some parental alienation going on by Lilith(such as in More Than Anything where we see Charlie spend time with her dad before being taken away). Just a theory Lilith may have been kinda whispering in Charlie’s ear a bit, so to speak. I’m excited to see what they do with her next season.
He might not have been the greatest dad in the beginning (mostly because he was overcome with depression), but he became the ultimate dad by the end. Adam learned the hard way…. There’s nothing more dangerous than a father protecting his daughter.
I like to think the FOX Lucifer Morningstar had some influence with this one. The fallen angel has a strained relationship with his daughter but tries everything to be a better father than he feels his father is.
the scene that he just "OOH MY GOLLY! YOU LIKE GIRLS! SO DO I!! WE HAVE SO MUCH IN COMMON!!!" has the perfect energy of a father trying to be nice to his daughter
3:09 - Man the fear coming from lucifer. I'm not a parent, but I feel this is what every parent's fear would look like 3:21-3:23 - Lucifer singing and the worriness coming from him is so powerful, and the animation is pretty smooth
He also pulls Charlie away from the light, symbolic of pulling her away from heavens gaze and light as well heaven is directly above them, although the light isn’t a hundred percent heavens light it still bears the same imagery and I think that’s cool, it shows him protecting her and the scene before too was the arrows on her
Lucifer is a good fuckin’ dad, man. All he wants is to protect his kid. I can’t believe it’s even debated. Also, his VA is an incredible singer. One of the reasons Lucifer is my favourite character is because of his soulful voice (and also his character design is simply adorable).
I love how, out of all the daddy characters we’ve seen in the Hellaverse so far, the literal Devil is the actual best one in practice. He might be having trouble with Alastor over Charlie, but Silly Depressed Short King Apple Daddy has definitely dethroned the stinky deer man as _my_ personal favorite 🐤🤍🍎🐍
Just noticed this. At the beginning of this scence there is a rubber ducky with sunglasses and a striped bathing suit looking away from Lucifer possibly symbolizing his wife Lilith 😢
Underrated part imo is the final song “you can do this. Now I know it. For your story has just begun. You cant quit now. Hell you owe it.” 4:23 Those words of encouragement from someone who didn’t originally believe in her but now you can see he has so much faith in her
Makes me think, that if they won't actually figure out the ascention, they will figure out correction for sinners who feel like it. Like - the doors of hell are open. You are the one who thinks they can't escape.
Lucifer: “Anything in my power is yours to be asking, you just name it!!” *2 seconds later* “Oh.. NO Nooeeeuuuhhhhoooooouuueeeooo no no no no Charlie.. no no NO.
He reminds me of my dad if he actually cared about making me feel loved instead of making my stepmom feel loved :( how is the literal devil a better dad than my dad?!
What's honestly pretty sad is that he wanted to connect with his daughter for so long. Which made me think why they were separated in the first place? Even during his time with Lilith before they split, as charlie says she barely new him even before.
So from what I gather. Lucifer does love his daughter, but after he and his wife were sent to hell, he fell into a deep depression. His dream was to gift humanity free will but he never got to see the good that was done with it only the bad. He probably didn’t leave his room a lot or smile often either. To a child, it’s likely he came across as standoffish and cold. And when she tried to talk to him he probably and checked out a lot. Not to mention the type of reputation he needed to uphold to keep his family safe. So for a long time He just didn’t have enough courage or even the energy to connect with Charlie the way she needed him too.
