Drunken Angel and Indoor Fireworks.
I'm reposting this video. I tried to edit the minute-long commercial before, and was successful but something happened to the audio, no idea why. It was basically unlistenable - and out of sync. This is much better now, the untouched version. Just skip the commercial and enjoy. Or watch it, the amazing Sarah Michelle Gellar in her Buffy days and a not-bald-anymore man saying "You can't do better than real" and then it cuts to the credits. Yes, you can't do better than Lucinda Williams.

That's quite a neck on display during Elvis in Indoor Fireworks but in country music this doesn't matter at all. One of the best songs from King Of America. Drunken Angel is one of the best off Car Wheels too...A good twofer this.

Doesn’t the instrumental open to Drunken Angel sound a bit like Rod Stewart’s Maggie Mae?

Neither one of these incredible vocalists need any form of autotune. The beauty of their singing is that neither one can actually hold what most of us would consider a tune. It was brilliant for them to be brought together for this performance!

Petty wrote "Don't Come Around Here No More." Lucinda wrote "Change the Locks" which Petty covered.

Thanks Gary! I know George Jones also wrote "Drunken Angel", but it's a different song.

This needs to be released as an official album. There's too much good stuff here.

Very surprised that this is as good as it is. I love Elvis C. Although,I don't know who the woman is, because I'm not someone who normally likes country music... Even though, I was born in Texas! I do think this woman is pretty good on this song.

Did CMT not trust these two with their natural voices? I think I hear this slight auto-tune blend in their mix. Shoot, I hope I'm wrong. These two are beautiful.

The woman or should I say, WOMAN....is Lucinda Williams. A wonderful singer/songwriter. If you like "Don't Come Aournd Here No More" as done by Tom Petty......Lucinda wrote it.

I'd have to say that these two would never allow an auto-tune anywhere near
