Three of my favourite artists. Lucinda is featured as it is a song of hers. She writes great songs. She has a way with words to wreak havoc with your heart but is also a great tunesmith.
This is from Bridge School Benefit concerts, a charity event organized for more than 30 years by Neil Young where he invited other artists to raise the necessary funds to support the organization founded by himself with his wife that takes care of children born with physical disabilities and communication problems, as their son Ben
It's Lucinda's song (and Emmylou is on the studio track, as well), off the critically acclaimed album "Car Wheels on a Gravel Road". Not a bad song on it; seriously, check it out.
This was from the annual Bridge School benefit concert that Neil and his wife Pegi hosted for 30+ years. It was always acoustic and every year the lineup was spectacular
Yes a Lucinda song, she is a truly great songwriter and performer and saw her only a couple of weeks ago for the second time. You should definitely do more of her songs maybe Out of Touch or Side of the road two completely different sides of her brilliant catalogue of songs.
Hey Harri as an old punk I have to say I've been listening to Lucinda non stop for the last 6 months going through catalogue ,and went to see recently in London. You need to go on this journey she is incredible .I like a lot of her harder tracks like you can't rule me...Atonement e.g ....
This is fantastic! Not familiar with Lucinda until now but I’m impressed. The others are two of my favorites, so this trio is, to quote Harri, “diamonds in my ears”. Fantastic choice and commentary. Thanks Harri and Lance 🌺✌️
