It's amazing how much they improved this song over the years before Tenor Sax player (Daro) had to play the trumpet part AND the melody at the same time which was so much of a hassle an how they polished the song by adding more solos. Wow and the amount of times they had to switch to different tuba and drum players

Saxes are made of brass though, which gives them amazing versatility. They are able to be loud more easily, growl, and have an overall full almost brass tone when played a specific way

A sax is made of brass but only uses wood for the reed so technically they're correct and percussion doesn't count.

A bari sax is NOT a brass it is a woodwind. It is a woodwind because of the reed. SOOOOOOO WHY IS IY CALLED BRASS BAND😐😐 ALSO THAT WAS AMAZING👌

Lori Sepetj technically a saxophone is made of brass it's just the Reed that puts it in the woodwinds.

+U-turn at A2 a sax is made of brass just like the trumpet and trombone the only difference is they don't have the full brass mouthpieces. but they are all playing brass made wind instruments.
