Increases the amount of XP and hacksilver you get, but its main use is to increase the chances of triggering the secondary effects on your gear pieces. Since OP has a ton of different effects as shown at the end, plus an insanely high luck stat, these effects are constantly triggering during the Berserker fights
Either he's playing on a lower difficulty (he says he isn't, so that's probably not the case), or he's played through the game 50 times and has stupidly high stats mixed with a great build.
Now for me instead of slowing down time with high luck. I'm doing what Hiemdall did. Straight weave nation with the black bear fit on. Barely blocking just weaving.

I’ve decided max luck Kratos is the most Lore Accurate. Yes he’s an ultra strong, nigh invincible man turned god. But he survived so long because plot/luck
@@bigreg8512 Giptumaðrs Breast Plate and Berserker Gauntlets make the Hilt of Hofuð recharge quicker. The effects of both require luck to activate.
How do you gets stats that high highest I can get my defense is 707 but that leaves my strength at like 400 and then the others are basically nonexistent. Is it only something you can do thru new game+?
Its simple in every new game plus playthrough you get around 110 to 120 stat points by opening nornir chest , collecting dew drops from tree and don't forget to complete side quest Across Realms for 30 stat points. Hope that's answer the question

I tried this build but my stats are not even half of what you have. For example my strength and luck are at about 400 where yours are at 800+. How does that work?
That's because I have played new game plus several times and each play through you get around 120 stat points by opening nornir chest and collecting dew drops.
My personal advice for normal play through if you didn't kill the BERSERKER trio first defeat them use dragon Armor to defeat them easily after killing berserker trio you will get berserker chest Armor and then all are berserker are easy
