Hello 🤗 Today I'll show you antoher Lucuma Ice Cream recipe, but this time with coconut cream, no sugar and dairy free.

⏰FREEZER TIME: 4 horas minimum
📝INGREDIENTS
- 500 gr lúcuma
- 25 ml hot water
- 1 can coconut cream (400ml)
- 4 tablespoons lime juice (2 tablespoons for the lucuma in the blender and 2 tablespoons for the coconut cream in the electric mixer )
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Dash of salt
