In addition to the amazing talent of Lucy, the incredible patience, skill, care and devotion displayed by her teacher, Daniel, should also be recognized and honored.
Lucy is a treasure of the human race. Despite her disabilities she concentrates on the good part of the human spirit. Five Stars for Lucy and her teacher Daniel.
Lucy has the most wonderful teacher, Daniel…who is her guardian Angel 🙏🌟🌟⭐️🧡 Daniel is ever so patient and kind and everything Lucy needs to lead a life filled with Joy! What a Blessing for all involved⭐️🌟🙏❤
Why can't we listening to her pianowork? Great time of this video we hear talk from others😢 And it's So wonderfull to listening to Lucy on the piano, in The Netherlands we say: "she's playing the stars from the heaven!"
This child is a blessing to music and music is a blessing to her as well. She played for the newly crowned King and Queen of England!! Well done Lucy. May God continue to shine light on you, so that you continue to shine that light to others.
I know nothing about skills, techniques, which part needs faster or pause longer, I just love the way she presents the music. Thank you , Lucy, thank you Daniel.
She evokes wave after wave of emotions. Her music can carry my thoughts to places of splendor and beauty. I close my eyes and listen a dozen times and can not do it without a tear.
Daniel your work with Lucy has undoubtedly paid off in a big style with Lucy. Lucy delivers a flawless performance and so beautifully is it to hear and listen to. Bravo to both of you.
I personally feel Lucy is a gift God has given humanity to bring healing to our world. Her beauty and music has moved me so emotionally, I strongly feel this is intentional for all of humanity to see Lucy, to wake up and embrace the beauty each of us possess and finally come together with love for one another unconditionally. This beautiful child carries with her the highest level of spiritual soul. There is no doubt in my mind she will transform every person who learns about her into a more caring, loving and gentle soul themselves.
Unbelievable, absolutely Unbelievable and ecstatically beautiful. I have never seen or heard anything so profoundly awesome, I am searching for superlatives to understand this beautiful talent. She literally took my breath away. I cannot wait for more from the beautiful genius. God Bless her.

When ever I’m feeling a bit low I will watch this video and realise that my feelings pale into insignificance when listening to Lucy. This young lady, despite all of her hardships, has been blessed with a God given talent, the likes of which I’ve never seen or heard before in all of my 70 years. The tears in my eyes say it all!
Than you so much for posting this version. I hadn’t realised parts of her playing had been cut in the TV programme, and so much better without the commentary!
She moves me to tears every time I watch her play, what an extraordinary gift she has that allows her to escape the confines of her condition. Supremely talented playing, and guided by a marvellous tutor, this is a beautifully captivating performance, well done Lucy ❤
That teacher brought out the best of Lucy’s potential on the Piano. He deserves a Nobel prize or something. She learned by covering his hands with hers as he played. Simple amazing. People today would most likely abort Lucy in the Womb.
This isn't a surprise to many of us who've had the pleasure of being with people of this calibre. I spent a long time supporting a high spectrum, blind and challenging autistic. My friend who couldn't help himself within daily life could tell you the song, artist, and chart position. Of both the UK and US pop charts since their conception. That's over 70 years. What an amazing experience to give him a date and a number, without fault he'd come back with the answer. What a pleasure to know him.
Dear dolly, I say that because looking at your face you're such a sweet, pretty and delicate... God's miracle. I also appreciate her head movement is very interesting, because she expresses that beautifully showing to the world that she enjoys and means what she's playing. I've got tears in my eyes to see such a talented beautiful girl bringhing such joy and astonishment to all who listen. Well done also to the devoted teacher who puts such an almighty effort and lovingly making sure she is ok when she plays(it can be scary, can't it) and so to the loving parents who devote their time and love for our famous Lucy... bless them all and congratulations for such a wonderful tallented soul. Love you Lucy, bless you👏🤗🏵🌸.
Lucy : You heal the world! Your playing feels like such a pure and direct contact with the Divine and makes me feel Gods love ❤️ tears in my eyes of remembrance that all is Love and we are all one ! Thank you !!! 🙏
Wonderful amazing speechless I am. Probably this is her Normal , her way of playing. I am bowing, lying down on the ground with my hands folded in respect towards Teacher Daniel.
The wholeness of her being is visible in her gift. The music flows freely from the whole person within the compromised vehicle. True of us all, once we find and can express our gift.
I have been listening to Chopin, Liszt, and Debussy for 30 years. This performance is astonishing given her age and disabilities, and makes me wonder how much we really understand about autism
True. To her, blindness is no disability but more an ability as it allows her to experience music without all other visual distractions. The best way to understand is that when I want to really concentrate on a musical piece playing, I close my eyes and let my mind float along with the sound... she does that so naturally that it's lifechanging for us who listen to her.
I would buy the cd if she puts one out. The Amber Trust should do this for all of their amazing students. Part of the proceeds to the student, the other part goes to the School.
Wonderful. I've followed Amber since the piano. It was and is the best TV I have seen this year, possibly for years. My wife, who sadly passed last year, would have loved this.
Lucy plays the music of angels. There's no doubt in my mind that she's surrounded by angels as well. Her earthly limitations have been superceded by the very hand of God. It is amazing and astounding to watch her play. Her hands are graceful as they roll effortlessly up and down a keyboard that she cannot see. The piano is Lucy's place of wonder and delight. Well done, young lady. You carry with you the grace of God.
J attends d autres enregistrements. Ils sont empreints d une telle sensibilité.
Lucy and her SHEER BRILLIANCE HAVE LITERALLY ACHIEVED THE IMPOSSIBLE BY RENDERING ME TOTALLY SPEECHLESS!!!!!!!!! NOT kidding!!!!!!!! Do you think if I asked her VERY nicely she would VERY KINDLY sit my grade 8 for me? Julie Gill, Glasgow, Scotland.
What a beautiful talent this young lady is, Daniel you are a truly amazing man and teacher, you have the patience of a saint. Along with the parents and fellow tutors you have a amazing team. Lucy and the other pupils are the stars. Thanks for the enjoyment you have given us all..Adrian
Thank you so much for posting this more complete version of Lucy playing Debussy's Arabesque No. 1! Is there also an unedited complete version of her playing Chopin's Nocturne in B Flat Minor?
