Lucy's voice is so perfect that jealous people can't believe how she can be so incredible. Several people who went to this concert said that Lucy's voice is even better "live" than on her videos.

Hello Paul, than k you for playing Lucy Thomas again, " At Last " live at her concert last March. As you can hear there is not much difference in Lucy singing live or in a studio. Lucy has been brought up into a Christian background, most of her singing she does for charity, Her parents have worked hard all their life's to bring up these sister's perfectly, you can ask anybody who knows the Thomas family would they cheat, the answer is they would not dare to do such a thing it's not in their D&A. Lucy & Martha are known as Christian singers, they fly maybe twice a years to Texas to sing in Charity concerts " The Bests" concerts I believe, the sister's also sing charity events in the UK. Anyway I think some people have a vendetta against the Thomas family & other Singers. Take care, Barbara.

Agree with you completely, Vet, about the disproportionate noise surrounding the use of electronic enhancement. Even where used with studio recordings, this is something that plays a miniscule role in the overall sound produced by an elite artist at the top of their game. It is ultimately the vocal ability of the artist and the emotional response that they are able to trigger in their audience that matters - and in this respect, for me, Lucy Thomas has absolutely no peer! Notwithstanding, this video of 'At Last' was from her first live public concert in March, about which a discussion on the use of electronic enhancement is rendered redundant! 😊
Hi Vet - This is from her March concert in Manchester - she had just turned 20 the month before in February - this was her 1st LIVE public concert - ever. Her LIVE voice is just unreal. With full respect to Eta James - this is the best version of the song I have ever heard - pure excellence!! They have released 3 other performances from that night & she also released unchained melody about 2 weeks ago. Thx!
This was in March and Lucy had just turned 20, though she manages to look older. She has an amazing ability to get into the songs and lyrics and create a persona for just that song. It's a performance gift that few have. Thanks for your support of her - as you say, she has an exceptional voice and musical personality.

No need to worry about Autotune re Lucy. The process would distort and be obvious - and she and her manager have strongly denied it. A musical technician also said Lucy has no need of "pitch correction," which is used in 90+% of pro video songs today. It is used for minor imperfections by those doing the polishing and "mastering" of a video, adding a touch here or there, but almost no one other than tech pros could tell the difference. Lucy's rich, mellow, full ranging voice is unique, as is her performance style, and what we see is what we get - voice and image!
