a little disclaimer: this arrangement was not made by me, even if I took the time to write the tabs so everyone can easily have access to it. I found it on google a long time ago then recorded it and at the time I didn't expect to get so much views.

I must admit I get more of a feeling from piano. That being said you OWNED this. I'm glad you just weren't sitting in front of a webcam and phoning it in. You actually made a video that does the song justice. I cant imagine it being done better by guitar than this. Nice video man!

i like more the piano version because of the more "vibrating" basses, sadly guitar cannot replicate that... BUT, the melody on the guitar's nylon strings is softer and more relaxed so it's really just a matter of preference. The dude absolutely nailed it!

Absolutely. It just doesn't work on guitar. It's just a picked mess. The appregio isn't there and it doesn't transpose the range from the piano, the high keys really add the difference. This just drowns itself out in the mid tones. This is not pleasing to the ear at all

The music is beautiful. When I close my eyes, I feel like I am at peace. The sounds the silver strings make is incredible. The song was so well played it brought me to tears. one of my favorite piano pieces, i love acoustic guitar though and this is gorgeous, has a lil spanish flair sometimes to the sound, a spanish guitar almost. *i know nothing about guitars* i just like what i like, and i like this.

Thanks for this beautiful arrangement and for the tabs, this has become my favourite song cause of you. I've learnt it in just a day, i couldn't divide it in several days because the more i proceeded the more i felt the song. This is my favorite song by einaudi and you played it so beautifully. It wasnt the same kind of beauty as it is on piano but it was different in every right way. I hope you're still proud 5yrs later because this was amazing

Vincent, I absolutely loved this! Every instrument has its own sound and I have always loved the acoustic guitar as well as piano. You put so much emotion in playing this beautiful piece and it shows. Your version is now one of my favorites and I have played it over and over.

Thank you so much for making this video. I suffer from anxiety and depression. Nothing has helped besides piano and guitar melodies. Today I lost my Grandpa, 6 months after my Grandma passed. Well he was very much into playing his southern acoustic guitar tunes. Through my tears I just typed guitar and search. I don't know how or why yours was the top one. I'm so glad I clicked on it. I was not only calmed but I felt a momentary peace with my sadness. Thank you so much for that. It was like a warm hug from family!

Terrific ! Picked up my old Classical Guitar after many years and started playing. Courtesy this video. Ludovico Einaudi has a gift of conveying deep emotion in his performances. I'm glad you picked up your guitar again :-) I have seen Ludovico Einaudi performing a live at Paris one time and I 100% agree; I rarely felt that much emotions (plus I started to learn violin since this day because of his talented violonist who inspired me) You should check my cover of 'Life' where I tried to render similar as the live performance, using a kalimba!
