Lindeman was born in Trondheim and died in Oslo, Norway. He was cantor and organist of Oslo Cathedral for 48 years until his death. He was very interested in Norwegian folk music, and composed and collected numerous songs. His unique organ compositional style becomes apparent in this fugal prelude, of which he had also written a larger number. Played on a Johannus Live III organ using the Sauer-Leipzig sample.

Mm, I can tell, O A, L M Lindeman for sure is in the row of composers desc. From the Bach family.. Leipzig etc..

Yes, he is a master of counterpoint and fugal writing, and it is no surprise that he wrote this fugue on the BACH theme.
