Episode 2 Zoro with an ordinary sword on his both hands that couldn't even cut a steel would not be enought to defeat luffy, as i recall luffy has been training nonstop since he was 7 or 8 until he's 16, and as i remember correctly luffy at his first sail on becoming the king of the pirates, he knock out a sea king in a single punch.. so i still dont think he could defeat luffy in a 1v1 deathfight..

It is true that Luffy does have some skill when it comes to realizing the physics in making his DF have attacks, but this skill only then is applied in like I said various ways of punching. Pistol: Luffy throws back his arm before throwing it forward. Bazooka: Luffy throw back both arms before throwing the, forward. Zoro and Sanji both have various moves that require knowledge of either expert swordsmanship or the enemies body(Sanji’s moves could be argued to also be random kicks but the names of each are also directly the part of the body in which the attack lands) Zoro is an expert swordsman who has trained his skill for years of his life and has many unique techniques, like the ability to cut so effectively and quickly he can easily slice through a man made of steel, which is fun fact physically impossible given the nature of how steel breaks and of how he had no offensive boosts or defensive boosts to give his sword more durability to allow it to survive, it’s not like he just brute forces his slash and broke the steel, the enemy steel didn’t break he simply cut through it and we know he didn’t just use brute force because if he did than his sword would’ve broken too as the strike would’ve broken the enemy steel. Now that example is long and of only one technique unlike my various for Luffy, but that’s because Zoro’a move have so much depth and can’t be as easily quickly described in a short single sentence I don’t care to write as much, and also it is because that single example alone is more skill than any technique or ability Luffy uses. This isn’t to say Luffy doesn’t train hard and isn’t creative. Luffy is far more creative than the two which I believe is what often gets mistaken for his skill as his creativity and curiosity about how his rubber body could work is what lead to the creation of all his techniques, however there is no, if not maybe hardly, any skill among what Luffy does.
you're kidding right? luffy trained for 10 years to set sail to be able to control his body, if you actually imagine your body being rubber, you'll realize that it would be absolutely horrible to control.
Could go either way. People overestimate G5 and underestimate Zoro and Sanji, Kaido was still whipping Luffy until he decided to take an island sized fist instead of avoiding it.

If it’s Zoro + Sanji’s stats combined then they take basically everything. If it’s Gear 5 vs Sanji, and Gear 5 vs Zoro then Luffy takes most categories. The comments got me confused so idk which option this vid was conveying

I’ll probably get shit for this but honestly one of the reasons I loved Fairy tail was cause they regularly fought each other and we got to see them use seriously strong moves, it was refreshing to see supporting characters react to Natsu’s buffs and I hope someday we see that with One Piece. My opinion is: if luffy loses control (nika takes control) zoro and sanji should be able to defeat him with teamwork just imagine sanji ifrit jambe kicks asura zoro to luffy just like in the thriller bark arc

If Zoro was holding his own against Kaido, and people debate if Sanji is stronger than Zoro, then logically, combining both would technically be stronger no?(Stronger than Luffy, not Kaido) There are people rn debating if Zoro alone is comparable to Luffy. So if people think Zoro + Sanji can't beat luffy, then that just contradicts the Luffy vs Zoro argument.
