I can not wait to hear your verdict on the best suitcase ever. I travel a far amount and there are a lot of crappy suitcases out there. In fact I haven’t been happy with any of them. It’s a no brainer that you should design your own label. It will be a winner.

I LOVE the recommendation to buy a fake and live large. I invested in a starter Rimowa and have committed to the bit. I’m now carry on only and live the minimalist life when I travel. This is awesome because I need to be extra judicious about packing. Somehow I love and embrace the rigor. Gives me consistent travel ‘personality’ vibes - think chic, logo-free, high-end with purpose for a curated travel capsule. TBH, I love the pre-travel planning. I challenge Rimowa to develop a TSA friendly makeup/skincare module that stacks with the carryon line. Lightweight please.

Finnal, YES!!!!! I travel 10 or more times a year 3-15 day trips. I have Briggs & Riley expandable spinners with CX expansion & compression. I have carry-on and medium checked. You can choose other carry-on under the seat bags. 🎉❤ Finally, I hope you LOVE IT as much as I do. The REAL WINNER is Briggs & Riley ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉

Oh Bethenny, I feel your pain! I've had this luggage issue for too many years, finding a good luggage set has been an ongoing expensive nightmare!

I just want to say that I recently saw your video when you were in Abbotsford, B.C shopping and you bought the Hello Kitty luggage from “Winners”. I have been following you since the very beginning and to know that you were in the same store that I was in just after you left I almost had like a breakdown that I missed seeing you in person. But being able to see your video that you made afterward just made me smile 😊 I think that Abbotsford is a beautiful place to live. I’m a big city girl coming from Calgary, Alberta, Canada originally and just moving out here a year ago! And my husband and I love that there’s so much to do here but it’s got such a nature and community organic feel to it in Abbotsford. I had a nice Louis Vuitton luggage set in college.. this is before it became grossly mainstream. But Bethany is right, my luggage got stolen. I can’t have anything nice it always gets stolen mostly from roommates. 😔

I bought a carry-on (silver hardside) from Samantha Brown along with a backpack from her line. I love it. I got it for traveling to TX to see my twins, but I have used it a lot for travel. I think you should make your own line. You would do a phenomenal job. I would like to see someone improve the tiny containers for things like when you are traveling a few days and just need a few squirts of foundation for example - like you don't always need a 1-3.4 ounce container. You need tiny containers for things for short trips where you are just doing a carry-on. I have some tiny containers from Amazon, but I think those could be improved. Love your reviews 🙂

I own briggs and riley, but gun metal fabric not , it expands and love their warranty. This brand is the only brand i have owned in 23 years. My previous luggage was 22 years i sent it back to get fixed and upgraded to a new one for only 230 dollars...Totally worth it.

Bethany. I have watched you since day 1. Your brutal honest is shaped me in small ways into my character and I love every piece of it. However, all love. I’m a full time worker, Monday -Friday 8-5. Saturday and Sundays are literally days for my body to recover from doing other peoples jobs for the entire week. I’m and EKG technician, I was an EMT for 2 years in Abilene TX and now am working in a cardiology dept which I love, but am exhausted from. I made it about 5 minutes into this 13 min, and I can’t do it. I would love, if you brought your cameras, bring your team, and come live with me and my amazing furr baby for 2 weeks. On our budget. In our 420sqFt apt we pay $630 a month for and am behind.On our time and dime. And then remake this video for the working, sweat dripping economy we try to survive in. We’ll be great friends I know it! And I’m sure I’ll spread your mind to a low class world. All love. Cookie is still my favorite. 🍪🐾

The best suitcases I have found is Kipling not as flash as what your used to but I’ve used them from Uk to Perth Australia and yes ! They do the whole family 😂😂😂❤

Because I travel between Cal. And Brisbane, Australia I only take a carry on and my backpack. I despise waiting for luggage and do you know that the thrift stores in Coronado and San Diego are over the top level for everything including some pretty nice clothing. I stay two months with a carry on and people are astounded😉....When leaving, I simply redonate to the rescue mission.💖

I totally can relate I just went through this every year my husband and I travel from New York to San Francisco to see my daughter This luggage Family Thing is Real😂 Please find me a quality luggage Family that is reasonable because designer is a waste when you see how they toss it at the airport I know you know and it must be an expandable baby small carry on ❤

The best luggage HANDS DOWN is the Hartmann Tweed. Bombproof, looks great. A bell man in Las Vegas once told me that Hartmann tweed was heads and tails better than any other brand he sees. Unfortunately they don't make it anymore.

My beautiful niece bought a bright red/hot pink Away checked bag and loves it but couldn't afford the smaller carryon and tote. She says traveling feeds her soul and she is one of the trip leaders for a luxury womens travel company called Damesly. I know she must think your luggage reviews are amazing. So entertaining.

Bethenny, Oh my goodness I'm listening to the podcast with you and NeNe Leakes! I'm laughing I'm crying it's fantastic!!!!😂❤😂

I can pack for 10 days with a carry on. Obviously mixing outfits but I also bring a small bottle of lingerie wash/detergent. So if it’s a warm or chilly visit I will wash pajamas and undies, tee shirts. Basically anything that’s lightweight I will wash my items every few days. I really get the water and soap rinsed and then I will take a large bath towel and lay my items out and dry them. I’m nuts when I travel. I bring a couple white cotton pillowcases, and sometimes a white cotton sheet/ thin blanket. I also tuck fabric sheets throughout my luggage and I bring extra so my room smells good. Along with a little bottle of Downey and water(it’s actually just the Downey and I add water water upon arrival) so I can spray my room and bed. Of course I have the bottle in a ziplock actually two ziplocks. With extra ziplocks because you never know. I also enjoy a lavender candle. I make friends with whoever is cleaning my room and I get a can of Lysol if possible. I also make sure they get a nice tip at the end of the trip. Remember that for anyone else reading this……these people get paid a small salary so tips are greatly appreciated. ❤️

Agree that luggage can be frustrating. I’ve coveted the proper aluminum Rimowa for a long time, but I don’t do cabin suitcases and the checked ones are really heavy and I have friends who have said their quality has gone down hill. I bought an aluminum Away large checked bag and it’s too heavy and BIG. I use it about once a year when I need to stuff it full of Christmas presents. Otherwise it stays in its dust cover. My favorite checked back is an old Victorinox, which is a great work horse and very durable and light. Was about to throw it out as it was a bit battered looking (after traveling the equivalent of 6 times around the globe) and the wheels finally died). But, my luggage repair guy replaced the wheels for $40 and now it basically works like new again. I’m trying out a Swiss Gear as a replacement (which is about 1/8 the price of the Victorinox and made by the same company - just their budget line). Took it to Mexico City last month and it looks great, seems really well made, but it’s just a tiny bit smaller than the Victorinox (which is the perfect size for me). Sorry for the rambling…it mostly illustrates that I share your opinion that finding good luggage is really a problem. I’ll probably just give in and spend the money for a new full set of Victorinox and stop drooling over the Rimowa.

I bought a small expandable roller bag from Costco 8+ years ago, I have lugged that thing all over the world, over cobblestone streets, on boats and trains and it's still going strong. Fancy luggage is a rip off IMO.

I don’t like soft case because it’s not durable, things can break inside and also it’s not as sanitary, the fabric can pick up all the dirt germs and bugs
