Honestly, Rank I and J aren’t as bad as Rank H. Although, that would mean the tree house would likely fall down the tree and the RV would be expensive to pay for when it comes to bills.

This is very cool. An even worse rank would be if the mansion was kept totally unchanged and just stayed haunted.
