Pretty much, the story behind Luigi's voice is that people kept wanting to see Luigi in Mario in Real Time, but they hadn't made a Luigi model. So Charles Martinet said something like "My brother's very shy, he's cooking some spaggetti in the kitchen. Then he did a voice for Luigi with is mouth closed, so it didn't look like Mario was talking. So he created both Luigi's voice and personality at the same time.

DAVID4GAMER Actually no. As Luigi and Mario Are VIDEOGAMES characters, Mickey and the others are CARTOONS characters. Thats literally different. In disneyland they talk about dreams and whishes and all that kids stuff, the Mario Bros. Talks about...Saving the princess, having parties and uh...take something to inhale the ghosts? Im trying to say that Disneyland is more kidfriendly.
