He doesn't like Luka because he plays for Dallas, you know the rival of his beloved Spurs. He really hated Luka after Luka was blowing out the Spurs and he shook Manu and on his way to the rack he was smiling and that was to much for skip to handle. He's hated hard in Luka ever since that moment. When he first came in he didn't like him but he definitely didn't hate him. Luka being compared to Lebron was just icing on the cake for skip at this point especially after he saw Luka and Lebron were becoming friends.
