Love hearing him... My 5th grade teacher asked if we had to choose the loss of one of our senses which we would choose and why? write at least a page and a half. After much thought I thought I could get through life without sight, for I would have touch, hearing and taste to help compensate. The loss of hearing would be a devastation that I might survive but only by a millimeter. Thank you, God, for blessing us with the voice that Luke Evans brings and i can hear him.

Just listened to Luke's rendition of this song for the first time today. I am savoring his new album by slowly experiencing just one or two songs at a time. After listening to the astounding opening song (A Song For You) I was somewhat cringy over hearing yet another rendition of that old chestnut You Raise Me Up, which, frankly, has been done to death! Being in the hands of Luke Evans, I should have known better! His voice, his PASSION for the music, has completely renewed my own passion for this song. Just as he did with A Song For You, he actually had me really LISTENING to the actual lyrics for the first time in a very long while. Perhaps it's precisely because he chooses songs that have such high personal meaning to himself that he accomplishes this so well. Bravo, Luke! I can hardly wait until tomorrow to have another (what I am now going to call) Luke Evans experience.
