@@snypez5600 im not in denial. My personal opinion, based on the video and information available, is that Tim popped him initially and then Von MAY have caught more bullets from the cops afterwards. The more info that comes out it sure looks like Von's friends were shot by the cops. Now disregard all that. Tim still had a half decent self defense argument even if it's completely false that bullets from law enforcement hit Von. Most people following this case knew it would probably get dropped for one of those reasons 🤷♀️
