He's wrong the same situation just happened in Chicago. A mother got punched at a restaurant by some dude and she told her son to grab her gun out of the car and he came back and shot and killed the man. All charges were dropped against the son and he was released due to self defense.
You do know that all cases have to be tried by a grand jury and before that happens the DA has to present charges. A DA who cares about being re-elected will not pursue charges if their is a public outcry regardless of the law.

Ain't no realistic 1 vs 1 in that situation when the attack was unprovoked. Lil Tim acted fast and got him and his buddy home. SELF DEFENSE.
This is why your rep is both important to street people and law enforcement. If you think you deserve justice you should probably not be as deep in streets as Von. A self proclaimed killer does not get a "fair one" when he decides he wants one. Self defense is also helping someone else who could potentially be killed.

In Georgia that’s self defense in Illinois he would’ve went to jail. In Illinois the force has to match the force, meaning if we fighting you have self defense to the extent of fighting me back.
