You don't cover a song to play it like the original version. You make a new interpretation of it. And i think they did a good one. If i wanted to hear a version that sounds like the original, i'd listen to the original.....

But you also have to respect the original (which I do feel this cover does). A lot of people cover songs and change the arrangement or tempo or melody completely. That's just disrespectful in my book. I do like this cover very much. Peace!

Nah, this was an awful cover. The band is okay but the singer's style does not suit this song. The only good cover I've heard that captures the feeling of the song while doing something different is the Lindsay Schoolcraft version.

I couldn't care a flying duck what she looks like, she's got a great voice and she plays the harp! The band does a good version of a Cure song with feeling. Chill
