In this video, we'll be participating in the LULLINGSTONE PARKRUN. If you're looking for one of the toughest parkruns out there, then this is the video for you!
This parkrun is definitely not for the faint of heart - in fact, it's one of the toughest parkruns out there. If you're up for a challenge, then be sure to check it out! Lulingstone Parkrun 🌳 we'll this brings back Good memories, as back in 2015 I completed my first 🥇 50 Parkruns 🌳 in a Row at the Beautiful course that is Lulingstone Country park and for the first time since 2015 I will be returning to this brutal Hilly course this Saturday. Last Saturday i ran Pegwell Bay and my finishing time was 19:18 , I very much doubt i will finish under 20 mins at Lulingstone, although my best was 20:47 back in 2015 and im feeling fitter than ever to take on the 2 Lap course. Thanks so much for uploading the video 👍 very informative.

That looks a lovely parkrun. I note on Strava the far point says Roman Villa. Lots of history there. Definitely one for our list. We've done Bedgebury which must be near you. Another great venue.

It is lovely!! Unfortunately, the villa is closed long term due to repair works but looks interesting I will look Bedgebury up and put it on my list

I ran at Great Yarmouth recently and it is very tough but mostly flat, I think you would love it. To make it even harder I was barefoot and the first person to run it barefoot ever. When you run it save your self for the second lap.

Definitely give it a go, it's really worth it. The countryside is just beautiful, and if you go soon, you might catch the lavender fields.

Brilliant vlog. Well done. It's great that we get to run in all of these lovely locations because of park run. I ran Wolford Woods in Warwickshire this morning - not easy either - but let's hope these tougher routes make us stronger 😃

Sounds a great Parkrun, especially the woods part it's a good test like you said makes us stronger in the end!!
