Cyber bullies will always be there, but they're are still a select few who are genuinely are inspired by you and wish you all the best. it's amazing how you never stop showing up. I learnt something this year, "its not what people call you that defines you, it's what you respond to" ❤️
I really enjoyed this episode. I cut my hair around the time Lulu did. Im pretty sure i downloaded all the pictures she posted with short hair because she inspired me. Its sad to hear she got cyber bullied for it. Keep spreading love guys!

Nice interview!! I'm glad Lulu brought up the issue of few Zambians with cooking RU-vid videos..It would be nice to have Zambian foodies sharing their recipes there. I agree that alot of people in Zambia don't share recipes.They say it's a family secret or will outright say they don't share.Some will give you a wrong recipe, that's my experience. I personally cook and bake and I love sharing recipes because I know for a fact that you can have the same recipe and each recipe will have it's own unique touch.Sharing will never take the good skills you have. Lets learn from our friends in other countries who have cooking shows, youtube channels and websites where you can explore their recipes. Thanks for sharing Mr and Mrs Wood 😊
