This doesn’t always work. I work at Lulu and we are starting to be more strict about this most of the time we only take your old pants if they are under a year old and you have a profile with us
most of the time, we won’t do a quality promise on leggings that are pilling. pilling happens when you wash your leggings on hot water and/or put them in the dryer. so if you want you leggings to last, wash them on cold water and hang dry 💗 the quality promise is for defaults of the product (like seams coming apart) not to switch old things out from regular wear and tear, especially if you aren’t taking care of them properly.
Lululemon not good company. My mother 6 year+ employee in warehouse. She seriously wants to sue for violation of rights and rallying the colleagues too. Ps I tries to work there but after first day. Never returned. Slavery exists.
This is an oversimplification. If the product fails to do what is is designed to do, lululemon will have a look at the product and what specifically is failing. If the use case is not in line with what the product is designed for, you will not simple get it swapped.
I once tried returning lulu jeans after one wash. manager said that their policy is “after wash they can’t be returned”. I contacted customer service once home. They said that’s BS let me return them and gave me free shorts. They even said they would be sending a higher up to talk to the manager of the store 🎉
@@bellejour559Yeeeeah but Lululemon doesn’t have Yeezy or the Yeezy influence, and they didn’t partner with Ye FKA Kanye West 🐐🐐🐐 Plus Lulu quality isn’t nearly as good as Yeezy’s is and that’s factual (Lulu’s quality has went WAAAAAY downhill in the past few years). I have a pair of Yeezy Szn 1 work pants in timber (2015) and they look brand new and I’ve beaten the shit out of them. Don’t get that kinda of quality at Lululemon lmao. Granted Adidas is an L right now because they’re scumbags for what they’re doing to Ye.
Go to Nike way better lol no Asian should be wearing this at all I’m not Asian and I thru my girls work out gear and replaced it wasn’t much but any person who creates a company to make fun of anyone’s ethnicity I can’t get with it

When u have leggings and it gets the kinda lint type stuff but instead of lint it is the fabric balling up and if up pull them it makes more so inevitably I pull everyone
