What size hole saw is needed? Some say a 6” will work, others say it won’t.

They come with a template to show exact size to cut. Mine were 3” if I recall. Cheers

what if wifi is down? can you still turn them on/off from the main electrical switch?

Can I connect more than 4 together.?

The max number of devices for a single home is 120 so yes, you can add more than 4. Mine are divided into 2 x 2. 2 lights for the peg board area and then all 4 when I need to light the entire studio. So if you have large family room for example you can control 10 lights altogether or you can break them into groups of 5 and 5 for example. Hope that helps.

your question prompted me to read further into the instructions which states 120 devices per single home, 50 devices per single room and 100 devices per single group so unless you're building the Taj Mahal, you're covered. Cheers.
