On Day 2 of our January 2024 trip to Walt Disney World, we head to Epcot! First we try the infamous Beverly drink at Club Cool. Then we ride Guardians of the Galaxy with a paid Individual Lightning Lane and Test Track with Genie+ before we try several food booths, including Pop Eats, Pastoral Palate, and Craftsman's Courtyard! I also give a quick review of how I like my new LugLife Figment Backpack. After a break back at the Riviera Resort, we take the skyliner back to Epcot to ride Remy with Genie+, eat dinner at San Angel Inn, and ride Soarin' over California with Genie+. About 45 minutes before Luminous, we find a great fireworks viewing location!
