One of the best videos for demonstrating the quality of the FZ300. I started out on an FZ200 & FZ300 and moved on to Lumix M4/3, FZ1000 and now APS-C on Fujifilm. Having become more experienced, I've recently been gifted back an FZ300! And to my surprise it seems to take better photos now ;) All those complicated settings, all of sudden weren't mysterious anymore. Frankly, from the perspective looking back, this camera was ahead of its time for 2015 and still feels. very modern today. This camera is going to remain relevant for a long while. The bridge market has dwindled and there is no true replacement for this little wonder. Small sensor cameras are fun and a rarity. Some other small sensors to look out for Nikon B700, P950, Fujifilm X-S1 and X10/20/30 series. Great photos and cute cat!
I have both the FZ300 and the B700. I think they both take excellent photos. Both capture raw although I only use jpeg, The FZ300 is a higher featured camera.

After having seen your pictures, I think size does indeed not matter. Thank you for sharing! Unfortunately, the camera is not available right now in my country, but this should change next month, so I hope for the best.
Some great shots, not bad for a £400 camera.. my favourite pictures are the padlock and the lion. I cannot believe these were taken on a fz330. I congratulate you brilliant work.
But please keep in mind that these are not the photos that come out of the camera. You have to choose the correct settings for the respective situation, photograph in raw and edit the pictures afterwards, then you can look like this...

Great video and really great photos.🙂👍👍 I was also considering the Lumix FZ300. I hike a lot and take photos of birds, squirrels, deer, etc. But always lugging a camera with 2-3 additional lenses along with you is no longer fun. So I'm really looking forward to the FZ300.
The camera is just fine and versatile and I believe those photos look wonderful because your know how to use it and you have the talent and skills! :) You've convinced me to buy this one as my travel camera. The price has gone up much nowadays though, thinking to wait for a sale.😂
Perfect timing. I bought one a week ago and have been using it virtually every day. Its a learning curve getting to grips with all the features. I also will purchase the Raynox. Fantastic pics man. Well done. Any tips for settings for certain enviroments like landscapes etc would be great.
@@thegroove2000 I have not used a tripod in any of the photos. Each photo has different conditions due to lighting or movement of the subject. I usually have a fixed aperture at 2.8 and only change the shutter speed.
Great photos, I’m getting started with this camera and my photos are not as crisp as yours. Any tips on settings ? Maybe a video with photos and their settings as info would be great
Great demonstration of this camera's capability. Just wondering how much is the camera and how much is the post-processing. I'm considering this for wildlife photography and I wonder if it can deliver a blurred background right out of the camera when zoomed in, assuming good light of course. Thanks
Not bad, but the blacks are IMHO too crushed. As you shoot RAW & processed them in LR, I assume this was a conscious choice on your part? Also including feather and fur photos where you missed the focus wasn't a great move either, the whole point to feather and fur photos is to capture the fine details and texture with tack sharp focal point on the eyes.. Have you any video footage? Specifically indoor low light? I'm thinking about music concert video and photography. Thanks
You've made some nice pics with that camera. To call the camera amazing is like degrading the cook of a nice dinner by saying his stove was excellent :P Now I´m gonna watch the rest 7+ minutes

Έχω αγοράσει και εγώ την ίδια κάμερα είναι πραγματικά απίστευτο το τι έχει φτιάξει η Panasonic με τόσο λίγα λεφτά μπορεί να βάλει κάτω ακόμα και Nikon - Canon - Sony κάτω τον 1000€ είναι απίθανη πραγματικά Α και παρεμπιπτόντως το βίντεο σου είναι απίθανο πραγματικά την χρησιμοποιείς όπως πρέπει
Σε ευχαριστώ πολύ. Αν ασχοληθεί κάποιος με αυτή την κάμερα και βρει πως να πάρει το μέγιστο των δυνατοτήτων της, τότε θα καταλάβει πως δεν έχει να ζηλέψει τίποτα από κάμερες των 1000+ €. Φυσικά παίζει ρόλο και η επεξεργασία για να βγει ένα καλό αποτέλεσμα μετά από μια απαιτητική λήψη.

Hello, I've never used a prof camera before. Will this be a good beginner camera? I'm not interested in video. I'm looking for one for my day-to-day and travel use. I'm not into wildlife.
Simply beautiful images. I have the FZ200, which I hardly use since getting a mirrorless camera. But, this makes me want to play with it again. I wonder do you ever print your images? If so how large? Thanks Again beautiful.
@@sovu9399 I would love to have one as well. I have an old G6. Still works well, so can't justify putting out so much money on buying another camera. But, who knows???
Hi, nice video. I recently bought this Panasonic fz300 camera. But I found on the lens, 3-4 mm from the edge of the lens, a scratch, about 1 mm, the thickness of a needle tip! Can it affect my photos or movies, condensation ..., are there other things like that? Thanks.

I have to tell you, and this is my personal thought. Also if you wish to take into account that It could be my lack skill as a photographer, and I had just bought the camera yesterday, and I used it a music concert yesterday. Having said all that, I would like to just mention that I am not a new photographer, I am have used many professional level cameras before. I wasn't expecting a lot from the very very small sensor. Also I am not going to mention the video, because it's primary role is photography. The image quality is very very bad. Worse than any smartphone I have ever used. It Is li similar to the quality of a 12 year old smartphone. Just my personal opinion, if you care about image quality, don't buy it. My take from this is that if you are buying super zoom camera, buy one with a one inch sensor and nothing smaller.
@@thebeeartworks23 No that is not the concern. Your photos are beautiful. I like them very much. What I needed to explain in my last message was under good lighting everything is fine. But under low light, like yesterday at the music concert, very very bad.
@@dalvinderbasi3495 I feel your expectations are too high. Its the cheapest weather sealed camera with good image quality. You could go for a GX80 or a G7 or a FZ1000 but none of those are weather sealed. The purpose of this camera is to be smaller than a DSLR or mirrorless with a lot of lenses while still having great quality. It's also very good for travel because of the aforementioned weather sealing Besides, 1" sensors aren't any better. In my experience there is not much improvement to a 1" sensor compared to a 1/2.3"
@@bookedsam Yes, I understand the purpose of these particular types of cameras, that Is the reason I bought one. I had kept my expectations low, my expectations were not high. But the particular camera I had bought, Panasonic FZ300, I was very disappointed in the image quality. In fact it was worse than I could ever of imagined. Now whether my experience translates to other cameras with similar sized sensor, I could not say. What I understood from my experience with the camera, I should not purchase a camera that has a sized sensor of less than 1 inch. I understand that you think that there is not much quality difference between the 1 inch sensors and the smaller sensors, in which case I would not purchase a camera with a smaller than an APSC sensor. That is my personal thought on this. But if someone is satisfied with the image quality of smaller sensor cameras, that is good. As long they are happy with their camera and image quality, that is all that matters.
