@stormsandfishing5448, no problem! Yes totally agree 💯% and I couldn’t agree more! The FX30’s S-Log3 and the base ISO of 2500 really helped. I appreciate your comment and thank you for watching the video! 🙏🏾
I feel like I'm missing something, I don't see an option to record at 240 on my fx30 with the 3.0 firmware. Can you please help? This is great footage!
@wanderinghuesvideo, no problem! First, click Mode and then select S&Q, then click Menu, then Image Quality/Rec (pink video icon), then File Format, and select XAVC S HD (1080p), once selected, scroll down to Movie Settings, then select 23.98p for the Rec Frame Rate, and then scroll down to Record Setting, and choose 50M 4:2:2 10bit, and then hit Menu, then scroll down to S&Q Settings, hit, Rec Frame Rate and choose 59.94p, then for Frame Rate select 240fps, and then for Record Setting, select 50M 4:2:2 10bit (for the highest image quality possible). These settings will work using a V60 SD card and higher. Hope this is helpful. Thank you for your comment and for watching the video. 🙏🏽
I forgot to add that you have to double the frame rate for your shutter speed (don't worry about the 59.94p that you'll see at the top of the screen). I have the variable shutter enabled on my FX30 and I have the shutter set to 479.8 (the closest to 480) to have the smoothest footage possible. Also, you can utilize the dual native ISOs of 800 and 2500 to get the cleanest image possible. Have fun filming in 240fps!
@@damian29112, V60 card should work just fine. Did you try resetting the camera, like turning it off, and then removing the battery and turning it back on? Or have you tried a different V60 card? Also, have you tried updating the firmware of the a6700 to version 1.03? That might solve the issue after the update. I hope you’ll be able to make it work. I appreciate your question and thank you for watching the video! 🙏🏾
