I know I am 5 years late but ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3tcSagE0Vr4.html and ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sjiXkOaN334.html kinda explains the choir and shows Lunch Break joining in with the choir's concert
The dadgum Hyperactive Sloth almost did me in!! KJ....the Sloth!! I am in pain from laughing, and this was not the first time to see this!! It gets funnier....Dunno how KJ can fall like that and still be ok....or is he?
Musically this is fantastic. Amazing diction, pitch accuracy for days, and dynamics were excellent. Comedically? I was legitimately crying. Their timing was SO good. Holy crap. And using "Hello Marilou/Goodbye Heart" was just phenomenal.
Great choice of footwear and wonderful performance! :) Hmmm, now we know where McDonald's sources it food. What was this about humans being able to go to McDonald's farm? Soylent Green? ;) LOL.
Eddie's clarinet is just on the ground with no stand for it or anything. It's giving me anxiety. It's like, the 10th time I've watched this video (probably way more if I'm being realistic) and I didn't notice it (bottom left hand corner).
I know it’s been 4 years, but if you still don’t know, the *No Borders Youth Chorus* is the chorus of young men on the risers. Basically the *Barbershop Harmony Society* worked with youth organizations all over the nation, regardless of state (so, “no borders”) to find youth wanting to learn some Barbershop and sing it at Carnegie Hall. There are other videos of their performances on RU-vid (they opened with “C’mon, Get Happy!” which was the opening theme song of the TV musical family sitcom _The Partridge Family)._ Their coaches were high-scoring International quartets such as *Lunch Break Quartet* here who also did quartet numbers of their own during this concert. Lunch Break has since disbanded some years ago, but K.J. McAleesejergens, the baritone, has joined another quartet with 3 younger guys called *MidTown • A Vocal Quartet* that doesn’t do comedy _per se,_ but instead does very innovative performances (check out their “Spider-Man Theme Song” video that was made with a comic book art filter). Their sound is amazing! You may’ve already seen MidTown back during the leadup to the 2020 election when Google hired them to do 2 short PSAs with 2 of them wearing red suits and 2 blue (so as to not be partisan) in which they encouraged people to volunteer to be poll workers, and later to vote in that election. These were Google Doodle videos at those times.
