Our favorite lunch, peas, is eaten in any way in my house. They are all fans so I can make various combinations with it. Saved like this, it will delight you. Enjoy.

Ingredients and preparation:
- about 800 gr. minced meat
- about 1 kg. peas (fresh or frozen)
- 500 gr. onion
- 1 carrot
- 3 cloves of garlic
- a little primrose leaves
- 1 teaspoon of finely ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon baking powder or baking soda
- 2 tablespoons bite
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg
- Pepper
- oil
To thicken the dish: 1 tablespoon of stock and a little water.
Chop the onion and carrot, put half of the onion in the meat and half in the sherpa.
Make meatballs. Add onion and carrot (half of the total), garlic, pepper, salt, small, ground paprika, egg, semolina, primrose leaves, baking powder to the meat. Mix by hand and make meatballs. Fry them briefly in a pan.
Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pot with the onion and simmer until the onion becomes glassy. Add peas and about 2 liters of water.
Cook for about 20 minutes, then add the meatballs and continue cooking for another 15 minutes. Add the spice if you have it.
Finally, thicken the dish with a paste or mix the stock with water and lightly pour into the dish.
Leave this thickened dish to simmer at a low temperature, stir from time to time.
