When I was still a student, I also worked part-time at a restaurant. Whenever I saw people starting to line up to place their orders, I would always start to panic. I really admire everyone who can handle multiple customers and orders at the same time in the food service industry.

Good method with the white and black glove to keep everything sanitary and not cross contaminate.white glove only touches the bun while the black glove touches utensils,money and everything else ,when you touch anything other than the bun with the white glove like a pan you immediately change gloves.you are a real pro and wish you tons of success
Black gloves touches money and utensils. Which are definitely dirty. Problem with me is that they also touch the paper that wraps the food that is gonna be consumed. This is called contamination. I’ll still eat it but I wouldn’t be surprised if I get the bgs
I worked at Subway in 1990 and we were not required to wear gloves, nor did the customers expect it. I remember I only had one lady request that I wear gloves to make her sandwich. She apologized, saying "It's nothing to do with you, I'm just weird about things like that " 🤣
Maybe it’s because iv never worked in the food industry, but I’m always amazed at how you can remember the orders after they say it once. Even multiple dogs, still remember the toppings. Incredible.

I'm not sure how it is at your store, but at my local store that I order from seems to only have a single employee working at any given time and they always are busy.

In NYC/NJ the best boiled hot dogs are usually from the street carts. North Jersey, some places will deep fry them. If I make them at home, i reverse sear in a charcoal grill.
Those of you complaining about the wrapper being touched with the black glove. Your family is weak and you will not survive the winter. Also keep this in mind, if you keep your toothbrush in the bathroom, there are poop particles on it now. ENJOY 😂😂😂

My husband has been watching this & he says if you watch he only handles the $ with the hand he’s wearing a black glove on & he doesn’t touch food with that hand. He says he uses his hand with the clear glove to get the bun, etc. I’m just. Just conveying what he says. 🤷🏼♀️

I live in NC and watch this every now and then. Can’t watch long because it makes me want one of these dogs bad lol!! But one day I am going to make a trip to wherever this guy is and try every single one of them!! They all look delicious and a very simple concept for a business! Keep up the great work!
