As someone who worked night shift for a long time, whenever me and my coworkers went to a diner near by we always ordered burgers at like 7am lol we never wanted breakfast and we always got judgemental looks
@@NinjaGirl14172 I don't know why. Then again, unlike us, everyone don't eat anything any time of the day. I don't have a certain type of food to eat at a certain time of the day.
Many years ago, I was a waitress. I just loved watching the cooks. Came in handy years later when I had to take over the kitchen for a few hours. Really respect the work you guys do. 👍🏻💖
We enjoy the POV , very hard work, cooking very professional. Please continues. Brings attention to all the hard workers in the service industry. Thank you .
@@uuuultra you do realize that isn’t up to him. If you don’t own the place and you’re just a cook, you gotta follow the rules of the restaurant even if you wanna do things differently.
“A burger in the morning, for real?” My boy, back in my prime (aka teenage years) I’d pull up to a Carl’s Jr at 7am talking bout “lemme get a Double western combo, with crisscut fries, and an Oreo shake” 😂. I miss being able to eat dairy smh
I sure do miss a cafe and restaurant cooking. Those morning rush and I used to spoil the elderly with extra pancakes or bacon. And seeing their faces with joy after they're done eating. Awesome video man!!
Alot of lies when I see these comments alot of them say i use to do that same job or saying I remember it's just the fact U texting it instead of showing in content made me realise how much people lie
@Aomine1234 don't see you posting anything but bullshit here so let me just invent time travel, go back 17 years and record it 🤣 I'm not a line cook anymore so can't post content on what I'm not doing smartass
A burger in the morning?! HELL YEAH!!!! That guy probably just got off of a midnight shift, for them it's like lunch or dinner!! I worked many night shifts in the military and as a cop, we ate everything all the time!! And this dude can crack eggs & multi-task like there's no tomorrow!! RESPECT!!!!
Can you show the inside of the Café/Restaurant? So we know what it looks like the number of seats you are serving cooking for, gives everyone a better idea how busy you can get???
The man knows how to work the grill, its been almost 50 years since i worked one in college. Still love to cook, but i couldnt handle the lunch or dinner rush hour. Hats off to him and all the staff working with him.
I look forward to watching your video, Your cooking skills and your calm voice demeanor is nice to hear. Plus your videos also help with my anxiety which is a nice plus. Thanks for the frequent vids man keep up the solid work
I'm dishwasher. Your video reminded so much of kitchen during rush hour. It gives me all the feels: The adrenaline of a rush. The time crunch. Knowing by instinct how to sort through a multitude of items each competing for your attention. Also the heat man and the smells. Yeah it brings back memories.
I love that I found u on fb and then I lost ur name then u randomly popped up on yt and now I can finally watch more of these. These r so relaxing to have on when playing games and hope they keep coming!
You are the real thing. I like to watch you cook you cook for real everyday people. I love the kitchen would like to have mine like that, you get to use a professional kitchen. Keep up the good work. You are awesome at what you do I hope you like it makes me wish I followed my dreams to be a chef like you.
I like how you prep the kitchen before I start cooking you doing awesome job for one person you doing awesome job cooking you make the customers happy with your cooking but who would order a hamburger first thing in the morning in a tease the first thing in the morning while you're cooking a breakfast menu but you knocked it out anyway you're an awesome chef
HI FROM NORTH CAROLINA!! I've just recently found your channel so I've been binge watching, you do an amazing job on the grill. Love your videos, keep up the great work👍
You do a great job Alex. ty For the content. I used to be a a.m. and lunch line cook. I'm not anymore, because I didn't have the nerves for it. But I liked it.
Great video. I loved how you talked during the video like you had a live audience and your humble demeanor during the whole thing. Your food looked great. Subscribed, hope to see more! Where is your restaurant?
I have always wished I could work in a restaurant helping with cooking and cleaning or restaurants etc gear would be enjoyable. I get that utensils etc have to be clean and sanitized, but..now I’m disabled and can’t work much of anywhere. Watching you do all this is enjoyable for me, and you teach me how to cook better.
ive been a fan of your vids for such a long time (so happy with your comeback btw) and always wondered how you prepare the kitchen when you first start your shift. thank you for great content love u
Your videos made me be so interested in learning how to cook when it comes to a restaurant. I know how to cook at Home, but to me that’s not the same, so I enjoy your videos and I look forward to them. I was sad to see you go a few months ago, but I’m glad you’re back..
@@CocineroMXmy uncle was a pro chef and I never really got a chance to watch him in action, so you have exposed me to the life of a chef/cook, thank you :)
You can always tell the Pride and dedication a Chef has by the cleanliness and organization of his station and walk in. Everything is absolutely fantastic! Compliments! I'd definitely eat there!
This is amazing to watch. I wish i could be so fast fluid doing multiple things at once like this. I get overwhlemed just trying to make two grilled cheese at once (damn adhd lol). I have a lot of respect for you.
Amigo soy de Chile, es esplendido ver como cocinas, tan limpio y ordenado a cada término de grupo de comandas, que gusto verte cocinar. Da una paz la tranquilidad y facilidad con la que te despliegas, experiencia. Saludos!
Please i need u upload video always and then long duration for video. U ar my mood booster, because I really miss the kitchen. Previously, I worked in a kitchen and my position was demi chef. and now I have retired early because of my parents. Thanks Gbu
Try this. Measure out a portion of egg mix for the french toast in a dish and let the bread soak it up. Cook it, make sure you let the inside cook, done right you should end up with a custard like french toast. See if that turns it up a little.
Enjoy watching your videos. I am from the south and I love corned grits with my eggs. I guess y'all don't have them in California. Glad you are back. Keep up the great work.
